Oliviero Bifulco graduated in 2014 from Teatro alla Scala Ballet School under the direction of Frédéric Olivieri, specializing in classical and contemporary dance.

He continued his training at San Francisco Ballet School on a scholarship, working with Patrick Armand.

 

He began his professional career at Opéra National de Bordeaux under the direction of Charles Jude, performing major works from the classical and contemporary repertoire for several years.

Between 2022 and 2023, he worked as a choreographer and assistant director for Napoli Milionaria, a production by Opera Lombardia directed by Arturo Cirillo.

In May 2023, he participated in After Echoes at the National Dance Production Center DanceHaus, created by choreographers James Pett and Travis Knight, former Wayne McGregor collaborators.

In August 2023, he represented Italy during the 155th anniversary of Thai-Italian diplomatic relations, presenting his creation “Entrenched Conversation” with Bangkok City Ballet.

In 2024, he was a soloist in Daniel Ezralow’s Open, which toured across Italy.

In September 2024, he opened the season at Teatro Fraschini with I Ballabili di Verdi, for which he curated both the direction and choreography.

He is an ABT NTC Program-affiliated teacher, certified with top grades for Pre-Primary through Level 3.

In parallel with his artistic career, he graduated with honors in Sociology and Communication from the University of Urbino Carlo Bo.
